VIBE PROPERTIES, LLC

After starting a business together, living in Northern Virginia and Philadelphia, raising seven children, and developing careers consulting with Federal agencies and Fortune 50 companies, we moved to Warren County, Virginia, ostensibly to retire. 

 

We quickly fell in love with this place, its beauty, its people, its spirit.  As we began to settle down in our new place, Front Royal became our go-to destination for everything from a great cup of coffee in the morning at Happy Creek, to the many essentials we needed for life on our small farm, to our occasional date nights at Royal Cinema or Trivia Night at Pavemint.

 

Main Street began to enter into our conversations:  “What a cool place the Weaver Building could be,” we said more than once.  “Imagine what a bustling Main Street would feel like on a Saturday night.” 

 

So we started VIBE Properties, LLC, and now we’re trying to follow through on our imaginings.  Our business model is simple:  we seek to buy great properties in downtown Front Royal, connect with great retail, food, and service businesses, from far and near, then in partnership create successful ventures that add life - vibrancy - back into this great, old town.
